Please note: Your appointment time has been reserved for you. In courtesy of your therapist and other clients, I ask that you provide me with 24 hours advance notice to re-schedule. You are responsible for the cost of your booked treatment if you do not show or re-schedule.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete client information forms. Your session includes time for consultation and dressing. It is important to disclose all medical conditions, past and current to provide you with the most beneficial treatment.
